For those asking: I’m a night guy, so I wake up between 7-10am depending on when I went to sleep. Usually 7 or 8 hours per night.
I’ve been trying a natural sleep pattern this week. Go to sleep when I’m tired; wake up when I’m not. No alarm clocks. So far I feel great.
